A great grazing platter looks effortless, but the ones that actually get eaten are quietly considered. It starts with variety: a mix of textures, colours and temperatures so there’s something for every appetite at the table.
We build ours around fresh, seasonal produce first, then layer in proteins, dips and something crunchy. Generous portions matter, but so does negative space; a crowded board is hard to reach into.
Finally, label clearly. When guests can see at a glance what’s vegan, gluten-free or nut-free, the whole room relaxes and digs in. That confidence is half of what makes a platter feel premium.
